Madeline and Janie both had their ceremonies for 8th grade and 5th grade the last week in May.
While I was on my trip to Santa Fe, Hank began running a fever. By the time I got home Sunday night he was feeing even worse. Long story short…he was diagnosed with ehrlichiosis (go look it up 😳). He was so sick. He had to miss both girls ceremonies but thankfully he is feeling himself now.

I love this pic of Madeline. Red is her color for sure!

Sweet girl on her way to high school…where did the time go?
The next morning we had Janie’s ceremony…

Janie got the Sportsmanship award. We are so very proud of her!

These bags were sitting on our assigned row. I chose this picture because it was the first picture I ever say of Li Qing Zhong. We began sponsoring her…and the Lord took over the rest 🥰

Janie had very specific places she wanted me to take her picture so that “she can remember it forever”, so sweet!

And off to middle school for Janie! I have had a child going to elementary or preschool since 1993…it is time for me to be out of elementary school 🤣. I only have 3 more years to survive middle school but I believe Janie will love it…she is a no drama type of girl and will do just fine!
