works my heart like no other……
I have been praying for her so much lately since she has had a difficult time adjusting….
and guess what??? God is changing my heart as He usually does….
I have been easily frustrated, at my wits end ect……
but
I just KNOW as only a Mom can….
that she is going to be just fine….
we were reading tonight her bible story about Jesus choosing Saul
She suddenly said, Mommy I already believe in Jesus
and I know He is always here, as she motioned around her room….
this coming from a child I used to worry about being able to form lasting relationships
which is not the problem
she is afraid those relationships will go away…..
She knows Jesus is not going anywhere
I lay with her tonight and thought ” oh ye of little faith”
He has it even though I don’t and never will
Why do we Mom’s want to fix and control everything???
and think it is all our fault when life gets rough…..
” Oh ye of little faith”
I’m slowly getting it!!
Matthew 8:26
He replied, “You of little faith, why are you so afraid?” Then he got up and rebuked the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm
Oh that face of hers… I know this relationship you speak of!!!! I can't think of anything more humbling then being a Mom… And you are a very special one!!!! God refines me daily with this crew He has trusted me with… And, I am so grateful that I am doing this with amazing Mom's like you!
Love ya,
Diana
If we do not come to Him as little children…..How wonderful that Jesus has touched Madeline. He is always with us. I love you sweet daughter!!

What a sweet post and such a precious face~ totally know where you are coming from. I too had those feelings when we brought SJ home. EK still struggles at times but I know God is holding her tight and helping me too!!! Blessings and love! XOXO
Oh Paige, I so know what you are talking about. Lizzie is the same way, able to form relationships but so afraid they will one day be gone:( She also knows Jesus and knows that He is with her always. That has been my prayer too, that He will fill her heart so that she can relax in His love so that she can be secure in ours. God bless your precious Madeline.
Such a Sweet post! Love the JOY she spreads with her eyes and heart! I totally understand always wanting to control and fix everything as a Mom. So THANKFUL GOD IS IN CONTROL of our Precious children!
Beautiful post! Thanks for sharing!
Blessings
