It is time for some catch up on all that is going on around our house lately…lots of water polo for sure, a birthday and some hair cutting:).
John David celebrated his 17th birthday on April 2nd!! Can we all agree that growing up goes by way too fast?! John David does NOT like to be the center of attention:)
Gardner and Kendyl were in town that weekend and were able to celebrate his bday with us. Whoop whoop! Janie got a bit overexcited and gave Kendyl a new hairstyle, I think she really liked it ha!

Madeline and Janie got haircuts this past weekend, Madeline cutting six inches off and Janie an inch.
Janie is PUMPED that she now has the longest hair in the family:)

Last but not least we spent the weekend at the pool for John David’s water polo tournament. So far they are undefeated…pretty cool since they did not win one game last year. Who knew Hank and I would enjoy this sport so much…it is fast and oh so fun to watch! We have likened water polo to playing basketball or soccer… all while trying not to get drowned by the opposing players. Goodness it can be a brutal game, but John David is loving it!
