May 1st is our school’s annual college committment day. Regardless of the quarantine, the kids were able to drive their college decorated cars through the school grounds. Human contact and talking with friends across the parking lot was life giving 😊

UT bound!

Off he goes to socially distance meeting up with friends before the parade…being sweet to his Mom asking for a picture.

After parading through, the kids could stop at the chapel for pictures. SGIS has gone above and beyond trying to make this time as celebratory as possible under the circumstances.

Each Senior on a team was highlighted on Instagram and Facebook as well. JD was only able to play one skrimmage this year but will be able to play club water polo at UT…if all goes well 😷
Since the kids could not get any pics together I thought I’d share a few from elementary school….

Goodness, as the saying goes…the days are long and the years are SHORT!
If all goes as we hope….John David will have a Senior weekend the end of July…prom, family dinner and GRADUATION ceremony. #fingerscrossed
And just because….

A baby makes everything better, especially this baby 😊
